I am calling Santorum with this suggestion of catch phrase
I think it’s probably fair that gays in the USA can’t get married, because it’s not like they pay taxes every year like straight people do.
If they did, that would be pretty problematic considering that “marriage” is really a non-denominational legal term that comes with economic, health, security etc. benefits, unlike other religious, non-government sanctioned events that no one cares if the church does by itself such as confirmation, baptism or first communion.
I think the conservatives that agree with me on all this should probably come up with a catchy phrase such as: “Go gay! You won’t have to pay the USA :)” (because how else, would all this be logical, fair, or anything other than bigotry?)
